io Centres

io Centres are an innovative concept of industrial/ warehouse development that offer total flexibility for rent or purchase.

The Industrial Development Partnership I & II were launched in 1998 & 2000 respectively by Teesland iOG. The funds offer institutional investors the opportunity to invest in newly developed industrial schemes.

The io Centre concept is based on occupier choice rather than being investor led and satisfies the strong demand for prime industrial units with flexible lease agreements, offering tenants the opportunity to lease or purchase units.

There are currently 22 io Centres across the UK.
